Two Barrel Perry

A blend of two wild fermented Perries. One barrel contained our very first true perry pears which have added tannin and complexity. This Perry combines soft citrus, butteryness, oak and nuttiness. Full mouthfeel and good sweet-acid balance.

Our orchard is situated in the heart of fruit growing country. Nelson is the world centre for boysenberries, there are large feijoa groves and blackcurrant gardens nearby, and elders grow wild along the riverbanks. We just couldn't resist marrying these intense fruit flavours with our vintage ciders to make this distinct range.
