Pure cider apple juice wild fermented in oak, together with whole cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves and allspice. Dry, rich farmhouse cider overlain with subtle spicy aromas.  

Apples: Chisel Jersey, Northwood, 21C, Major, Kingston Black, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Belle de Boskoop, Egremont Russet

Yeasts: Wild yeasts

Aged: 10 months in oak

Serve: Cool (7 - 10°C)
