This cider started life with a month long carbonic maceration of whole Kingston Black, Dabinett, Major and Chisel Jersey cider apples before being pressed. The cider was then matured in oak barrels for a year. As a final touch we added a splash of the new Kingston Black ice cider we have ageing in barrels.
This is a medium dry, earthy cider that’s packed with hearty fruit and chewy caramel.
