This delicious single varietal cider is made from tasty Chisel Jersey apples grown and pressed here at our orchard and cidery.

After pressing, the juice has been wild-fermented and barrel-aged for extra complexity and depth of flavour.

The result is an off-dry cider with a beautiful deep colour and rich flavour with notes of orange, caramel and subtle earthiness.
