Pure Kingston Black juice wild fermented in oak. Sour notes from the addition of a little of our Brett Monster cider fermented at Garage Project’s wild workshop. This is as close to a Sidra Natural as we have come. Unfiltered, enjoyably acetic, and a little too quaffable.
