Our limited release of 2021 Perry Brut is beautiful and rounded, yet dry – or as dry as Perry can go!

Wild fermented and aged for over 12 months, our incredibly rare perry pears have been blended with Taylor's Gold pears and given nothing but love and time.

The result is a sleek, elegant, dry Perry that oozes creamy, ripe pear fruit. Subtle tannins, gentle sparkle and soft acidity rounds everything out perfectly.

Residual sugar: 0.04g/l

Aged: 12 months in oak and steel

Serve: Cool (7-10 deg C)
