Born in fire. Kingston Black and Sweet Alford juice caramelised over a roaring wood fire, then wild fermented and aged in oak barrels to create an intense cider bursting with toffee.
Blended with a dry cider made from late bittersweet cider apples for balance. Flavours are rich baked apple and caramel; a perfect adjunct to a winter bonfire.
