Single variety cider made from Yarlington Mill, a 19th century cider apple from Yarlington, Somerset, England. Wild fermented in oak. Very different to the 2018 vintage, this cider is made in true European farmhouse style. Rich, amber, packed with fruity funk and just enough sweetness. It's the cider equivalent to a ripe Stilton.
