cider orchard

about us

We are traditional cider makers, creating vintage, English style ciders from heritage cider apples grown on our family orchard in Upper Moutere.

Our ciders are made with 100% juice. Apples are picked when tree ripened; the apples are pressed on the farm and carefully blended to create a full, rounded juice balanced in sugars, acids and tannins.

The cider is slow fermented, and left to mature through the winter for up to nine months before being bottled or kegged.
