Knotted Kernel 2024 *Limited Edition*

The delicious, barrel-fermented cider is made from one of our most characterful apple varieties, Knotted Kernel harvested in 2024. 

After pressing, the juice was moved into barrel and then wild-fermented within the barrel to create this bold cider, oozing with character.

The cider is dry in style and bursting from the glass with joyful developed aromas from two years of aging. Bright and rich apple flavour with complex notes of caramel and hazelnut.  Medium bodied and textural with lovely tannins.
