Major Black (Limited Release)

BRIGHT, LIGHT BODIED, COMPLEX, DRY

This delicious cider is made from a blend of Major and Kingston Black cider apples grown on our orchard, harvested and pressed in 2023. 

The parcels of fresh juice were wild-fermented and barrel-aged for two years, then blended for extra complexity and depth of flavour. 

Off-dry in style, light bodied with complex apple flavour development and earthy undertones makes this cider a moreish drop.
