2016 apple brandy made from our cider by a local micro-distillery, combined with the bittersweet juice of pure Yarlington Mill cider apples from our orchard. The blend is then aged in French oak. Strong, sweet and warming. Brandy, vanilla and toffee apple. A perfect finish to a celebratory feast.
