Made from a small batch of cider apples (Dabinet, Sweet Alford, Egremont Russet, Browns and Chisel Jersey) wild fermented with hand-peeled feijoas from our small grove above the orchard. The result is a smooth, medium-dry cider overlain with distinct feijoa notes.
